Well when I attempt to start it it is about 1/4 size and centered. Really annoying, can someone fix
My desktop appears perfectly and full size.

Try installing the VirtualBox Guest Additions. It might fix your problem.

Why not run sc in Wine? it works 100% (aside from battle.net screen is all black but that's deal-able with)

Have you tried VMWare for Linux? This will yield better results than Virtualbox.
