Last Fall, under the previous administration and previous FCC chairman, Kevin Martin, the FCC ruled that Comcast could not throttle (or limit) bandwidth for peer-to-peer (P2P) networking traffic.
This is very cool news to me!

This is great as I have Comcast and was under the impression that my upload limit would be restricted to 250GB/mo.
