e107 is the easiest content management solution to use. Also very customizable. SMF / Invision are the same, but to edit/customize you need PHP knowledge for some aspects.

Okay I looked through and found one that I like and have another the sc2 theme someone gave (ty again whoever that was ) But both give me ths error when i try to upload

Upload the unzipped folder to 'e107_themes' in your FTP. The upload utility is broken in e107.
