Hello, a little less then a year ago I coded a program called Gook Bot. Its an account tool that can create accounts for WAR3 as well as D2DV/W2BN. It can jog both types of accounts and also supports MCP creation. If you don't know what MCP is its the server that Blizzard uses for Diablo II characters. So simply a MCP Maker is a name tool that creates characters like you would create accounts on bnet with an account creator. It has the ability to auto register accounts when they're being jogged and has profiles similar to a chat bot so obviously you can load makers on different realms and more then one if you want. After growing tired of coding Gook Bot or any account making tools for that matter I have decided to release the private version of it.
